Courteous and lightning quick!
I had a technical issue - entirely of my own doing - that required urgent rectification so that I could launch a website the very same day. I expected at least reasonable delays with the customer support system since they utilised an online portal. But my ticket was seen within two minutes, and my issue resolved within scarcely an hour, plus all the while I was kept informed of its progress. So I can launch today. Now that's service! Highly recommended.

Zen gave me 30 days notice to quit
I have just switched from Zen, when they stopped hosting ac.uk domains.
I am very much an amateur and was terrified of the website I manage being left in limbo or lost during the switch. Cloud Next were wonderful. They replied instantly to my endless questions, at any hour of the day or night, reassured me as to what was happening, and helped me transfer the domain name as well as the website files. Everything has worked perfectly since, and I've learnt a lot about hosting and management. Their FAQs also helped me sort out an editing problem without asking for help.

After moving my website to Cloud Next from my previous web host today (Sunday) I encountered what I could imagine was going to be a frustrating error. I submitted a ticket to Cloud Next support.

I've worked with web hosts since 2002 when I set up my first web design business. Many are terrible, some are pretty good, but CloudNext are a cut above. Mind blowingly fast support (tickets answered in under a minute sometimes!), high quality answers, and always go the extra mile.
The control panel is simple and intuitive, and the whole experience has just been so refreshing.
I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

I purchased hosting from Cloud Next today at 17:05, (as I have had so many issues with my current provider with my websites going down every day for months now, and their support has become almost non-existent, sometimes taking over a week to respond even with me chasing them up).
I'm so glad I am now with Cloud Next and wish I had done it sooner. Absolutely first class service - they have done exactly as promised and have already (this evening) migrated all my websites across for me (I have 5 sites!) as well as the email addresses and emails. I can't believe how fast and efficient they are.

Amazing support! So glad for the move!
I moved over from another hosting service to Cloud Next. The previous hosting service (not mentioning names but represented by a blue amphibious reptile) I had used for roughly 20 years and was relatively happy until things started going wrong and their support was extremely bad at rectifying the situation causing thousands of pounds of lost revenue. Moving was incredibly easy with Cloud Next. The support staff responded to tickets I created almost right away and have been amazingly helpful! I would highly recommend moving to Cloud Next if you're in the market.

I can't shout loud enough about the support from Cloudnext. Within minutes I had assistance and was able to resolve the issue I had with my website transfer in a timely way. Even at the weekend I was able to get some resolution on a separate issue. It goes without saying that the problem was fixed in both cases and I was able to progress the web development without the long delays [sometimes days] previously experienced from hosting companies and software support desks.

I've often thought of writing a review as repeatedly Cloud Next return exceptional customer service. I changed over from a larger more well known provider and discovered a significant saving and considerably better service. Understated and probably under used and under priced. Why not test drive a few of their services and see for yourself.

I transferred from GoDaddy after a serious of continual technical issues with their servers impacting my website. I was nervous about moving in fear that who ever i went with would be no better. I was wrong! I chose Cloud Next because they seemed to be assuring me that they could handle the transfer of my domains and websites with minimal fuss. This was true! The switch over earlier this year was excellent, no issues , no fuss just transferred and up and running within 24 hours. I normally wait a few months just to see how things are dealt with if there was any issues. Yesterday after a few months was the 2nd time I needed technical support and for the 2nd time the response was swift , helpful and resolved my issue. There's no better company to deal with other than CLOUDNEXT. They always go above and beyond, fast UK support. They never treat their customers differently based on customer size, no matter how big or small you are, CLOUDNEXT treat you with the same importance as any other customer.
The services they offer are without the best combined with price, customer service and stability of services. Any problems that occur which are far and few are dealt with in my experience before I've made a cup of tea and drank it!
I've tried a few hosting companies in the UK and overseas, most of them lure you in with low prices, give you poor service and 12 months later hike those prices up leaving you stuck with them! So my advice is as soon as you can move away from your provider to CLOUDNEXT, You'll wonder why you didn't already do it.

Though there is little or none step-by-step info on their site, don't let this put you off. The Support team are fast in response, fabulous and very patient with both novices and the technically challenged, of which I am both lol!
The web host set-up is actually very simple as is the email account set-up (once you know how). I have two websites hosted by them, one is an e-commerce site I've had for approx 6yrs and have had no problems to date.

Great service for Parish Councils
We purchased a Council domain from Cloudnext in 2012 and this included loads of email addresses. Really good support with quick responses. If we submit a ticket, usually get a response within minutes. With lots of space for all the documents we have to publish freely available on the website. They understand how Councils work and when we had to pay by cheque they could process the order (had found some places only took credit cards). Now have debt card and renewals are easier. Now have several local village sites running off the same package, makes it really easy to manage and its cost effective. If the organisations close we can advertise. Suggested them to several other Councils and they gave them good service as well.

This hosting company is excellent, and the support is really good. I had persistent problems in playing videos on my site, but they offered a very good solution. They were very patient in waiting while I tried various options, in order to get the one that worked.

perfect service, they respond to support tickets often within minutes maximum 2 hours but that was rare. They where helpful with on my enquires and explained things in non professional website terms to make it easy. And they are one of the best prices i found so perfect service and perfect prices. I have moved 4 websites to them and all have FREE ssl padlocks installed with 1 click - simples !!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service - can't recommend highly enough. Responsive when you need to ask questions and friendly, easy to understand replies. My experience with a previous provider was arduous - raising support tickets and waiting an inordinate amount of time for an obtuse reply but Cloud Next have been super fast to respond every time. Really positive experience from start to finish.
